日式吉列豬扒飯 |
材料和製作方法:
1). 豬扒先用,適量鹽、胡椒粉,醃半天
2). 依次序上:粟粉、蛋液、麵包糠,中火,下油鑊,每邊煎 2分鐘,離火切割成條狀
3). 把洋蔥煎至焦香,下日式照燒汁、少許味醂,放入炸至半熟的豬扒
4). 淋上蛋液,焗2分鐘,置飯面,灑上海苔, 現在唯一需要做啲,就是好好享受您的晚餐!
【溫馨蜜語: 個人口味,棄常用的 Worcestershire Sauce 喼汁,改用照燒汁,因為可以降低醬汁的酸度,少了一份霸氣,更平易近人】
Ingredients & recipe:
1.) Pork chops, salt, pepper, marinate for half a day
2). Coat the pork chops with flour, egg mixture, bread crumbs, then deep fry for 2 minutes each side and cut into strips
3.) Fry the onion add Japanese teriyaki sauce, a teaspoon of Mirin, half-cooked pork chops
4). Top up with egg mixture, cover for 2 minutes, serve with bowl of Japanese rice, garnish with seaweed, enjoy !

Teaspoon = tsp
