Chocolate Molten Lava Cake 朱古力心太軟【食譜】

心太軟】 被戳破後,身旁的相機快門,總是『咔嚓、咔嚓』的響個不停,為的便是要捕捉,內部熔漿,澎湃如泉湧的剎那景象!

朱古力心太軟【Chocolate Molten Lava Cake】

Serves (4)

Ingredients:
100g Dark chocolate
100g Butter

3 eggs
80g Caster sugar
80g Plain flour
1 Tbsp cocoa powder


Recipe :
1. Dissolves dark chocolate and butter over low heat, cool to room temperature





2. Beat the eggs, slowly add caster sugar and mix well, fold in flour bit by bit, then combine all ingredients, grease 4 ramekins, dust with cocoa powder, rest in refrigerator for half a day








3. Preheat oven to 180°C, bake for approximately 15 minutes in the middle shelf of the oven, until firm in the outside but wet inside.





4人份量

材料:
100克 黑巧克力
100克 黃油

3 個雞蛋
80克 細白砂糖
80克 麵粉
1湯匙 可可粉

1. 低溫,溶解黑巧克力和黃油,待涼至室溫

2. 將蛋打至幼滑,慢慢地添加細白砂糖,繼續打勻,逐漸添加麵粉,直到完全混合,將上述的混合物拌勻,在 4個小盤子內塗抹黃油,拍少許可可粉,置電冰箱半天

3. 預熱烤箱至180°C,焗大約 15 分鐘,直到在外面乾爽,裡面仍然濕潤
