Hot Spring Egg 《Onsen Tamago》溫泉玉子 【食譜】



早上為他弄一份有營養、又快捷妥當的早餐,除了《溫泉蛋》外,建議加幾顆枸杞子和海苔絲,既有延緩衰老、調節血脂血糖、增强免疫力的功效,脆嫩的海苔絲,亦可以增強口感,一舉數得,保證他每天愛妳多一些,難度《零》!

工具(Tools):
溫度計一個(1 x thermometer
暖水瓶一個(1 x thermos flask
 
材料(Ingredients):
新鮮雞蛋一只(室溫) 1 x Fresh egg (room temperature)
清水一杯(one cup of clear water
枸杞子(goji berry
海苔絲(nori
醬油少許(1/2 teaspoon soy sauce)
麻油少許(1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
 
製法(Recipe):
清水中火煮開直至約莫攝氏 80度(不要把水滾開),將水注入暖水瓶內,放入已經脫殼的雞蛋,靜候 15分鐘,即成。  【暖水瓶保溫度各有不同,可依照自己的略微加減時間】
 




 
 
Heat the water on a medium heat until little bubbles start to appear (about 80 degrees Celsius (Be careful not to boil) to
fill thermos flask with water, put in an egg, cover and wait 15minutes, serve with goji berry, nori, sesame oil and soy sauce. Enjoy
Adding goji berry and nori, both delay aging, lipid and glucose metabolism, boosts the immune system function, nori also can enhance the taste of crisp
    Thermos flask temperature varies, in accordance with its own slightly modified time
