溫度計一個(1 x thermometer)
暖水瓶一個(1 x thermos flask)
材料(Ingredients):
新鮮雞蛋一只(室溫) 1 x Fresh egg (room temperature)
清水一杯(one cup of clear water)
枸杞子(goji berry)
海苔絲(nori)
醬油少許(1/2 teaspoon soy sauce)
麻油少許(1/4 teaspoon sesame oil)
製法(Recipe):
清水中火煮開直至約莫攝氏 80度(不要把水滾開),將水注入暖水瓶內,放入已經脫殼的雞蛋,靜候 15分鐘,即成。 【暖水瓶保溫度各有不同,可依照自己的略微加減時間】
Heat the water on a medium heat until little bubbles start to appear (about 80 degrees Celsius (Be careful not to boil) to fill thermos flask with water, put in an egg, cover and wait 15minutes, serve with goji berry, nori, sesame oil and soy sauce. Enjoy!
