Sweet Glutinous Dumplings 五彩玫瑰湯圓【食譜】


今年西方情人節 Valentine's Day,恰巧也是馬年元宵,湯圓寓意團團圓圓,正好為身邊的愛侶添加暖意,吃過晚飯,以它作為圓滿甜美的句號最好不過,為大家送來五彩湯圓,啜飲著含有玫瑰香氣,甜津津的糖水,祝願您們馬年美滿幸福!
 

五彩玫瑰湯圓【Sweet Glutinous Dumplings】

製作難度:
 

份量 30粒(可以放置冰箱,分數次食用)
 
湯圓皮:
350
糯米粉
300
水(做椰汁、草莓汁部份時,不需要加水)
 
食用顏料:
椰汁、草莓汁、抹茶粉、紫薯、南瓜(紫薯、南瓜,蒸軟壓成蓉)
 
餡料:
500
黑芝麻餡料
 
玫瑰甜湯:(2人份量)

茶匙 玫瑰花茶葉(個人推薦 T2 Green Rose 茶葉)

蔗糖 (可依照個人口味加減份量)

做法:
1
)糯米粉分成五等份,分別加入食用顏料和水,搓成麵糰,放入黑芝麻餡料,輕輕搓揉成小湯圓。

)先煎茶,加入蔗糖、薑,做成糖水,備用。

)湯圓以清水,大火,煮約6分鐘,直至浮游水面,轉移入糖水之內,便可享用。

Dumpling skin ingredients:
350g glutinous rice flour
300g water
 
Edible color:
coconut juice, strawberry juice, green tea powder, purple sweet potato, pumpkin (purple sweet potato, pumpkin, steamed and smashed)
 
Stuffing:
500g black sesame paste
 
Rose tea sweet soup: (2 ppl)

1 teaspoon rose tea leave (personal choice, Green Rose from T2)
2 cups water
1 block cane sugar (sweetness can be adjusted)
2 slices of ginger
 
Recipe:

1) Divide glutinous rice flour into five equal portions, add edible color and water, knead into dough, add black sesame paste, gently rub into small dumplings.
2) Prepare rose tea sweet soup, add cane sugar and ginger, set aside.
3) Cook for 6 minutes in clear water on high until dumplings float on the surface of the boiling water, then transfer into the rose tea sweet soup, serve and enjoy!
