由於市區商業地段租金高企，利用工業倉庫變成一個有益健康的避難所，內裡包含咖啡店、餐廳、酒吧，實在是明志之舉，位於距離市區短短8分鐘車程 Alexandria 的「The Grounds」，賣點莫過於那個綠樹成蔭，清涼優雅的室外庭院、兒童休戲室、寵物豬和迷你農場，賣燒烤和漢堡包薯條的小屋，到處都能看到適合時尚雜誌拍照用的場景 .......

上次 10:30am抵達已經要吃外賣，今日早上 9:30am終於找到座位啦！ 環顧四周，顧客包括：白領麗人、勞動工人、男女老少、吃的玩的不奕樂乎！

(愛入廚的朋友們，有時間記得去隔壁的「Salt Meats Cheese」逛逛，他們的意粉、香草鹽、意大利火腿、乳酪，保證你滿載而歸。

脆脆朱古力外殼，包裹著提拉米蘇雪糕，店員急速地淋上咖啡漿汁 (趕不及拍照)，再加入爆炸糖，就成了一杯本地人最愛的「冰火咖啡」，較一般用雲呢拿味道的更濃重咖啡味，應該是繼 Belaroma後，最棒的一杯！

必吃精品 -「The Grounds」自家烘焙的漢堡包，配合味道濃郁自家製的煙燻蛋黃醬，厚厚的餡料，不過火的培根和香噴噴的乳酪玉米條，讓人吃得津津有味！

一大版 Big breakfast，均衡飲食，除了溏心蛋，還有香濃火腿、鱷梨、番茄與波斯羊乳酪，香蒜醬也做得非常出色，只是這片麵包硬度有點過份，可惜！
