Green Prawn Mango Salsa Cocktail 大蝦芒果莎莎 【食譜】

Green Prawn Mango Salsa Cocktail ~ 大蝦芒果莎莎

材料及製法:

大海蝦(剝皮和去內臟)
1
公升
½
檸檬(切片)
1
芹菜莖
½
白酒
1
月桂葉
少許 鹽和胡椒
 
 



芒果莎莎:
2
芒果、3番茄、1黃燈籠椒、1青燈籠椒、1紅洋蔥(全部切成小骰子般大小)
2
湯匙香蔥(切碎)
3
湯匙白酒醋
1
湯匙初榨橄欖油
1
茶匙黑胡椒
適量海鹽

生菜葉
1
青檸(切片)
 

 
食譜:
將所有煮蝦的成分煮至沸騰,添加大蝦煮大約 5分鐘或直到剛剛煮熟,立即放入冰水冷卻,和排乾水分。
混合芒果莎莎材料在一起,調味,靜候 30分鐘,這樣味道便可以很好地混合。
 
Serves 4
 
Ingredients:
24 large green prawn, peeled and deveined
1Lts water
½ lemon, sliced
1 celery stalk
½ cup white wine
1 bay leaf
Pinch salt and pepper
 
 
Mango Salsa :
2 mango, small dice
3 tomato, small dice
1 yellow capsicum, small dice
1 green capsicum, small dice
1 red onion, small dice
2 Tbsp chives, chopped
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp black pepper, ground
Pinch salt
16 leaves mixed lettuce
1 lime, sliced
 
Recipe:
Bring the ingredients to a boil, add the prawns and poach for approximately 5 minutes or until just cooked. Remove and immediately chill well by plunging them into ice water and drain.
 
Mix together all of the salsa ingredients and adjust the seasoning, let it rest for 30 minutes prior to serving and allowed to set so that the flavours can blend nicely.
 
Tablespoon = Tbsp
Teaspoon = tsp
